Sales Professional

A trained sales professional with multiple years of Jewelry or Watch Retail Sales experience. Also must be skilled in financing, customer relations, etc. There are strict parameters, so few who apply will get the job. However, applicants may be offered the opportunity to start in a Sales Assistant position until proven.

Sales Assistant

An assistant to our Sales Professionals, including customer follow up, secretarial duties, personal assistance, cashiering, etc. Must be able to receive random tasks and have good organization to keep track of those random needs of the Sales Professionals. This is a good step if you would like to get into sales, or have training in sales but no retail jewelry experience.

Bench Jeweler

Fully trained bench jeweler. Abilities in wax carving, metalwork with Gold, Platinum, etc., colored stones, ability to do laser welding, setting pave, micro-setting, bezel, channel, prong, etc. Also needs ability in custom work, restorations and repairs. Ability to use CAD/3D/Matrix is a plus. Must past a bench test during the interview process.

Repair Administration

The administrative part of the repair department. Customer service regards the checking in and delivery of all repairs, logging and tracking all repairs, ordering parts, calling factories, etc. Positions in both watch and jewelry repair but may be involved in both.

Receptionist

  • Answering calls on multi-line phone system
  • Greeting clients
  • Sorting and processing mail
  • Light administrative duties as assigned
  • At least some retail experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Outgoing, positive, professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
